There is always one, or at most a handful of crazies that would consider such folly.
But in the Netherlands, 27 cardiologists have decided to ride (a charitable ride) to the European Society of Cardiology meeting. Amsterdam to Stockholm…and the answer is: 1000 miles.
They even have a legendary Dutch cyclist as a coach, and it is likely they are not sleeping in tents.
Imagine. Now I realize a charity ride isn’t a race, but I like my chances against beaten down heart doctors. Well, maybe not so much, further reading reveals most are researchers and residents.
Cardiology, Dutch-style, sounds like fun.
Count me in.
“Hey you all, wait up, Mom says, I am 1/10 tenth Dutch.”

How many codes do the Dutch have?
Not as many as us, for sure!
