John, thank you for your weekly diet of solid science that pushes back against irrational exuberance. With regard to the trials of imaging versus angiographic guidance of PCR. Extending your comment about the lack of blinding of the operators, these trials are done by imaging afficienados. Because they do almost all their PCI using imaging, they have lost, or never developed, the skills to do high quality PCI used angiographic guidance. The results of the trials reflect this bias.
